桩基螺旋管换热器传热性能的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation on Thermal Performance of Pile Foundation Ground Heat Exchanger with Spiral Coils
建立了桩基螺旋管换热器的三维数值分析模型,通过数值模拟结果与经验关联式结果相比较的方法验证了模型的正确性。计算分析了流体流速、螺旋管螺距以及土壤热物性对桩基螺旋埋管换热器换热性能的影响,得到了不同参数下桩基螺旋埋管换热器换热性能的变化规律,为桩基螺旋管换热器的工程设计提供了依据。结果表明,土壤导热系数更高的重庆地区更适宜推广桩基螺旋埋管,而且设计流速和螺距都不宜过高。
three-dimensional numerical analysis model of pile foundation ground heat exchanger with spiral coils was established in this paper. Through comparing with the results between numerical simulation and empirical correlations ,the validity of the model have been proved .This paper also explored the effect on the heat transfer performance of the pile foundation ground heat exchanger with spiral coils by adjusting the velocity, pitch and the soil thermal physical properties. Some useful conclusions have been drawn for the real application of design for pile spiral pipe heat exchanger.As a result, higher soil thermal conductivity is more suitable for Chongqing to generalize pile foundation ground heat exchanger with spiral coils.And the design velocity and pitch can not too high.
