新型贯流式谷物清选装置中物料运动规律研究
Research of threshed mixtures motion law in a cross-flow grain cleaning device
设计了一种新型贯流式谷物清选装置,采用高速摄像对谷物脱出物在该清选装置中的运动规律进行试验研究。确定清选装置的五个试验因素,设计混合水平正交试验表进行谷物脱出物的气流清选,通过高速摄像设备记录谷粒、短茎秆、颖壳的运动轨迹,与数值计算得到的理论运动轨迹进行比较。以谷粒与杂质在水平方向上的分离间距为清选性能指标,对试验数据进行极差和方差分析得到各因素对清选性能指标的影响大小。
cross-flow air separation unit for grain was designed by employing the cross flow blower. The threshed grain mixtures motion law in the cleaning device was analyzed by high-speed photography. Five experimental factors of the cleaning device are determined firstly. Then the airflow cleaning of the threshed mixtures was implemented according to the multi-level mixed orthogonal experiment table. The motion trajectories of the grain and impurities were measured by high-speed photography, which were compared with the theoretical ones. By setting the distance between the grain and impurities in the horizontal direction as the airflow cleaning performance index, the experimental data were processed by range analysis and variance analysis to determine the effect of each factor on the index.
