为了研究双马达驱动系统负载剪应力与变形分布,本文研究了简化的双马达驱动的弹性圆柱负载系统。基于连续弹性体的振动理论,本文建立了双马达驱动弹性圆柱负载的一维扭转振动方程,并推导了解析解。根据解析解的形式,双马达驱动弹性圆柱负载变形与剪应力响应中的奇数模态可以通过减小驱动力矩中的差值加以抑制。进一步的数值仿真分析结果表明,驱动力矩差值越大,剪应力最大值越大。

In order to study the load stress and deformation distribution of the dual-drive system, a simplified dual-drive elastic cylinder system was researched. Based on the vibration theory of continuous elastic body, the single-dimension torsional vibration equation for dual-drive elastic cylinder was set up and its analytic solution was deduced. According to the form of the analytic solution, the odd-degree modal responses of cylinder’s deformation and shear stress can be suppressed by reducing the difference between the two input torques. Further numerical simulation results show that the larger the difference between the two input torques with constant sum, the larger the maximum shear stress of the cylinder.
