创新氛围对企业研发人员创新绩效的影响研究--基于创新网络嵌入的中介作用

R&D activities, known as one of knowledge activities involved with various innovation elements, such as knowledge searching, acquiring, delivering and updating, are all based on the innovation network and affected by the network characteristics. This paper takes the heterogeneous demand characteristics of R&D personnel as the logical starting point. Applying the theory of network embeddedness, we construct a hypothesis model of innovation climate and innovation performance, taking innovation network embeddedness as a mediator. The results indicate: Innovation support has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, and resource supply has no significant effect on innovation performance; Network embeddedness plays a complete mediating role in the influence of innovation support and innovation performance; Relationship embeddedness has a positive impact on process performance, but does no positively contribute to outcome performance. Based on the results of empirical research, This paper proposes management measures such as creating the innovative atmosphere, building an innovative platforms, and strengthening network location and resource management and so on.
