病原菌群体感应机制及应用

细菌自发产生、释放一些特定的信号分子(AI),并根据这些信号分子的浓度感知细胞密度变化,进而进行基因表达调控的生理行为称为群体感应(quorum sensing)。群体感应机制广泛存在于病源菌中,并与其侵染过程、致病基因的表达以及最终的致病过程密切相联。因此通过干扰和破坏病源菌群体感应机制,能有效削弱其病源性,为病源菌的控制及防治提供了新的思路。

Bacteria secret and sense the small signals corresponding to the density of their population and then for them gene expression which is called bacterial quorum-sensing. Studies show that many kinds of pathogenic take good advantage of quorum sensing to manage their infection, the virulence gene’s expression and the final step of infection. Therefore, interference and break the bacterial quorum-sensing could effectively weaken the pathogenic of the bacteria and make good sense of new therapeutic strategies.
