网格自适应技术在冲压成型过程数值模拟中的应用

有限元模拟技术目前已经广泛应用于金属成形过程。本文应用有限元模拟软件Marc建立有限元模型,分析不锈钢板水槽冲压成形过程。模型采用网格自适应技术模拟三维板材成形过程,计算中采用罚函数方法实现模具与工件接触的判定。在模拟结果中对工件的摩擦和厚度情况进行了分析。比较模拟结果与实验结果,可以看出板材厚度和法兰形状吻合较好,而采用网格自适应技术划分网格获得的模拟结果更接近真实值,从而证实了模型的可靠性。

he finite element simulation is now widely used in the design of metal forming process. In this paper, a finite element model is developed to analyze the forming process of stainless steel by the FE software, MSC.Marc. The adaptive mesh technique is applied in the three-dimension simulation of the sheet forming process. The penalty method is employed to accomplish the convergence of the contact condition. Friction and thickness conditions of workpiece are analyzed. The results of the numerical simulation are compared to the sample from the production process. The comparisons show good agreement in both the thickness and the flange shape. Compared with different model, the one based on the adaptive mesh technique shows better agreement. Reliability of the model is evaluated.
