水泥基材料水分传输研究与进展综述

Review on Research and Evolution of Water Mass Transport in Cement Based Materials

引起水泥基材料耐久性问题的最主要的因素之一就是水分在水泥基材料内传输引起的物理化学作用所致,因此,对水泥基材料水分传输的研究及参数测试与合理评价显得尤为重要。本文对水泥基材料水分传输的研究进展进行了综述,从传输机理上区分了饱和流渗透性和非饱和流传输,并针对不同传输形式介绍了各种传输过程测试与评价方法的研究现状及最新研究进展。综合了目前广泛测试的饱水渗透性的传统和最新方法,同时结合水泥基材料结构体的实际使用情况,指出了非饱和水分传输测试的重要性。

Water transport through cement-based materials results in chemical and physical responses in the materials, which is one of the main factors leading to the problems of durability of concrete structures, therefore, it is greatly important for the research on water transport and how to measure and evaluate the transport properties reasonably. The paper gives a review on the newly research of water mass transport in cement based materials. Based on the transport mechanism, the conception of saturated and unsaturated water transport was distinguished, and the measurements and evaluation criterion were introduced respectively. The review of the research of the mostly used saturated permeability is given, and the importance of the unsaturated water transport, which really happens in field structures, is also indicated.
