非离子表面活性剂微乳液的制备及其稳定条件
Preparation and the stability conditions of microemulsion non-ionic surfactant
本文制备了高度分散,液滴均匀的油包水(W/O)型Tx-100/正戊醇/环己烷/水微乳液。绘制了其拟三元相图,并用电导率法研究了微乳液的结构及结构转变。通过动态光散射法测定水滴粒径及分散度,研究了温度,PH值对微乳体系稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着表面活性剂/醇的体积比增加, 单相微乳区的面积逐渐减小;表面活性剂与助表面活性剂的最佳比例为1:1;表面活性剂:助表面活性剂:油相=1:1:2。电导率的变化与相变化相符。随着反应体系PH值的增大微乳液水滴粒径增大,分散度也较好;温度升高微乳液水滴分散度变好,粒径随之增大。
In this paper ,the W/O micromulsion of Tx-100/ n-amyl alcohol /cyclohexane/water was prepared.The pseudo-ternary phase diagrams were constructed.The structure and the structural transformation of the micromulsion were investigated by electric conductivity method as well .The average size and distribution were determined by static light scattering(SLS). It was found that the microemulsion domain became smaller as the Tx-100/ n-amyl alcohol volume ratio increased.It showed that when TritonX-100 and n-amyl alcohol were in the volume ratio of 1:1 and the volume rate of TritonX-100 :n-amyl alcohol :cyclohexane was 1:1:2 was best。The change of electric conductivity agrees with the change of phase behavior。The test results show that with the growth of reaction PH ,the particle size will increase and the dispersity will be better ; the reaction temperature can affect the the dispersity and high temperature is good to dispersity, the particle size will increase.
