高精度腹腔灌注化疗患者血清中miR-409-3p表达水平与胃癌预后的关系

Objective To investigate the relationship between expression levels of serum miR-409-3P after HyperthemicIntraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods The serum expression levels of miR-409-3pafter HIPEC was examined using real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and analyze the relationshipbetween levels and prognosis of gastric cancer. Results The high expression group tended to have longer median survivaltime, compared with the low expression group, P=0.003. Conclusion The expression levels of serum miR-409-3P after HIPECmay become biomarkers of evaluate prognostic of gastric cancer.
