固硫剂及添加剂对燃煤燃烧特性影响的研究

由于煤在锅炉中的燃烧过程十分复杂,直接求解煤在锅炉真实燃烧条件下的燃烧特性参数很困难,但是可以利用实验来模拟煤粉在锅炉里面的燃烧过程。煤粉燃烧特性的实验方法多种多样,本实验研究煤样燃烧特性实验均在热重分析仪上进行。根据煤样的燃烧特性,本文研究了固硫剂及固硫添加剂对煤样燃烧特性(主要是燃烬温度、着火点、最大失重温度、燃烧剩余量)的影响。比较分析固硫剂,固硫添加剂之间对煤样燃烧特性的影响,为进一步研究煤的实际燃烧过程提高基本实验数据。

s the coal in the boiler combustion process is very complex, directly solving the real burning of coal in the boiler combustion parameters under very difficult, but the experiments can be used to simulate the coal combustion process inside the boiler. There are a great number of experimental methods of the coal combustion; experimental study of coal combustion experiments was carried out in thermo gravimetric analyzer. In this paper, it studies the influence of the combustion characteristic(mainly the temperature of burn out, ignition point ,Tmax of weight loss, inflammation remainder) under the sulfur-fixing agents and additive based on the combustion characteristic of coal sample. Comparing the combustion characteristic under the sulfur-fixing agents and additive, it can afford the basic experimental data for the study of actual coal-burning.
