本文比较了在标准培养基中不同铬添加方法对钝顶螺旋藻富集转化铬及生长的影响.结果表明采用分批次添加铬的方法在适当浓度(234.38 ppm)能获得高效的富铬效果总铬122.13 mg/g和有机化铬96.99%),低于234.38ppm时促进螺旋藻的生长.分批次添加铬时相应的富集结果和生长效应优于一次性方式.

Effects of different chromium adding methods on the accumulation of chromium, transform of organic-Cr and the growth on Spirulina platensis were investigated. The result showed that when Spirulina platensis was cultivated with low concentration of Cr(III) (234.38 ppm)by adding Cr(III) successively, the total Cr concentration could be 122.13 mg/g and the organic-Cr accounted for 96.04%; and Cr(III) below 234.38 ppm facilitated the growth of Spirulina platensis. considering the accumulation of Cr(III) and the growth of Spirulina platensis, addition of Cr(III) step by step was better than that by one time .
