基于H．323的自助语音系统的改进与实现

his paper shows the design and implementation of IVR system based on H.323 protocol, and improvement of multiple modules. Meeting with the customers' vary business, I extended the VXML parse and wrote the script process for different business requirements. TTS module is integrated in the system to add flexible interface that can provide a variety of service. IVR system and Mysql database communicate directly with other means of communication, and terminal to use more socket form. Paper develop software to provide more interface, and used to simulate the high concurrent calls to test the stability of the system to ensure proper deployment.
