禽类成体干细胞研究进展

dult stem cells (ASC) is a kind of undifferentiated cells that exist in the differentiated tissues, easy to culture and amplification in vitro and can differentiate into multiple cell types, widely used in scientific research and clinical application. At present, ASC research mainly focuses on mammals, and there are few studies on ASC in poultry. In this paper, the latest research progress of the source, isolation, purification, biological characteristics and multi-directional differentiation potential of avian ASC were summarized, which provided the foundation for the research of poultry developmental biology and regenerative medicine.
