本研究比较了菠萝及玉米轮作对连作香蕉园枯萎病发病率,并采用平板计数法和PCR-DGGE技术研究了不同种植模式对土壤微生物区系的影响。结果表明:与香蕉连作和玉米轮作后再植香蕉相比,菠萝轮作能够有效降低下茬香蕉的枯萎病发病率,降低香蕉根际土中香蕉枯萎病病原菌数量和增加根际土中有拮抗能力假单胞菌的数量。菠萝的根系分泌物和植株浸提液具有抑制病原菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长的功能。连作香蕉、轮作玉米和轮作菠萝当季各土壤样品分析表明,菠萝轮作能够显著降低根际土壤中病原菌数量;总真菌群落结构的 PCR-DGGE 分析结果表明,轮作菠萝后代表病原菌的条带显著减弱,土壤微生物在聚类上和条带组成上均与轮作玉米及连作香蕉有显著性差异。以上结果表明,轮作菠萝能够有效改良土壤微生物区系和降低枯萎病的发生。

In this study, effects of pineapple-banana and maize-banana systems on the next season banana fusarium wilt disease were investigated, and cultural dependent plate-counting and PCR-DGGE methods were used to investigate the microbe community structure influenced by pineapple and maize rotations. Results showed that lower fusarium wilt diseases were observed in pineapple rotation sites; Fusarium populations in the banana rhizosphere soil samples from pineapple rotation sites were significantly lower than that from the maize rotation and banana continuous sites; and the percentage of antagonistic Pseudomonas isolated from pineapple-banana rotation sites was significantly higher. The root and plant extracts from pineapple had significantly inhibition action on mycelia growth and conidium germination of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense (Foc),showing concentration effects on Foc. Results from comparation on the soil samples in season showed that Foc number in pineapple rhizosphere soil significantly lower than that in banana and maize soils. Based on fungi PCR-DGGE fingerprints, the bands related to Fusarium sp. from pineapple-banana treatment soil was obviously weakened than maize-banana and banana continuous treatment and the cluster and composition of the soil fungal community were totally altered. In conclusion, all the results indicated that pineapple rotated with banana could effectively improve soil microflora and control the banana Fusarium wilt disease.
