经济植物的组织培养现状及新技术的应用

Plant tissue culture is a kind of technology that cultures plant tissue (organ or cells) in vitro and induces it growing into a complete plant in a culture medium containing nutrients and needed substances. In this paper, we reviewed plant tissue culture technical principle, their development , application in production practices in the concrete, such as virus-free, rapid propagation, improved varieties, and focused on economical problems of plant tissue culture of our country's, including browning and pollution. The same time, in order to overcome the defects of traditional tissue culture methods, to speed up the growth rate of tissue culture, improve quality, reduce production costs, domestic and foreign scholars make tissue culture technology and multidisciplinary cross-link, develop new kinds of tissue culture technology. This article describes the utilization and development of new technologies, such as open tissue culture technology and photoautotrophic micropropagation technology, and outlook the economical plant tissue culture, in order to provide plant tissue culture researchers and technological workers references.
