雾化器摆动对喷射成型的影响
Influence of shaking atomizer on spraying deposition
雾化器是喷射沉积工艺中关键部件,雾化器根据不同的方式可以分成很多类别。在喷射成型过程中,通过对雾化器是否摆动以及沉积器下降速度对制备圆锭的成型性的影响进行研究,结果发现,改变雾化器摆动角度(θ≠0),可以改变沉积坯的几何形状。要获得较好的盘、柱状沉积坯,雾化器摆动起始位置一定要在水平位置。在雾化器摆动的条件下,改变沉积器抽拉速度(v)可以有效改善沉积坯的几何形状。
he atomizer which is a key component in the process of Spray deposition is divided into different sorts according to different modes. As a result, the as-deposits with different shapes were fabricated when the parameter was changed as a shake angles of a atomizer and withdrawal rate(V) of disc. If the as-deposits with perfect shape was fabricated, the first position that the atomizer always is level. Under the condition of the shake of atomizer, the as-deposits with perfect shape was fabricated by changing the parameter of withdrawal rate(V).
