异构网络中一种基于改进的TOPSIS的接入选择策略

如何在异构网络环境下选择一个最优的网络接入对于用户和运营商都是非常关键的。目前学术界已提出很多算法解决这一问题,其中多属性决策(Multi Attribute Decision Making, MADM)的方法因其简单准确而被大家广泛应用。但经典MADM处理的属性值必须是确切值,同时又不免会有失序现象。针对这两个问题,本文提出基于改进的TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference Similarity to Ideal Solution)的模糊多属性决策方法(Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making, FMADM),对经典的TOPSIS方法处理的指标进行解模糊化,分析失序原因并提出解决方法。经数值分析,本文提出的算法可以很好的解决上面两个问题。
It is very important that how to select a optimal network to access for both user and Operators in heterogeneous network environment. The academic community has proposed many algorithms to solve this problem recently, and the method of MADM(Multi Attribute Decision Making)is used widely for its simplicity and accuracy. MADM methods, however, known to suffer from ranking abnormalities. Also, the attribute value processed by MADM must be certain value. This paper applies improved TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference Similarity to Ideal Solution),a MADM algorithm, to the problem of network selection. Not only do the defuzzification the new method will, but also analyze the disorder causes and propose solutions. Through the numerical analysis, the algorithm proposed in this paper can be a good solution to the above two issues.
