油田油水絮凝混合效果的实验研究
Experimental study on the mixed effects of oil-water flocculation in oil filed
本文对油田油水絮凝混合效果进行了研究。结果表明,不同质量浓度的HPAM,在缓冲液PH值为5.0时吸光度略有下降,但重现性较好;为使吸光度较稳定,确定了向溶液中分别加入适量溴水、甲酸钠、淀粉-碘化镉试剂的反应时间;绘制了HPAM质量浓度曲线,通过曲线的直线度,各取样点浓度关于直线的重合度等,与标准曲线比较表明混合器具有良好的混合效果。
In this paper, mixed effects of oil-water flocculation were studied. The results showed that the different mass concentration of HPAM’s absorbance decreases slightly when the PH value of the buffer solution is 5.0, but its reproducibility is better;In order to make the absorbance become more stable, the reaction time was identified adding proper quantities of bromine water, sodium formate and starch-cadmium iodide reagent to the solution separately; the mass concentration curve of the HPAM was draw, by means of the straight degree of the curves, the coincidence degree of the straight line about the concentration of every sampling point and so on , it shows that the mixer has good mixed effect compared with the standard curve.
