概述了微结构光纤MOF(Microstructure Optical Fibers)光栅的谐振模理论;以全内反射型MOF光栅为例,对利用二氧化碳激光加热、机械压力诱导等成栅方法的机制和特点进行了归纳分析,指出了各种方法中存在的一些尚待解决的问题;对MOF光栅的频谱特性和模场特性以及利用结构微扰法写制的MOF光栅的新奇特点进行了详尽的阐述,并指出了其潜在的应用。这些必将会为进一步写制、研究、以及应用MOF光栅提供有价值的参考。

The resonance theory of Microstructure Optical Fiber Grating(MOF) is summarized. we expatiate several solutions of fabricate MOF grating, such as heated by carbon dioxide laser and pressured by period mechanism press and so on, and point out the drawbacks of every solution. The properties of MOF grating transmission spectrum, the energy distributing of mode field and some novel characteristic is interpreted and some potential applied are point out. All of above will afford valuable reference for next fabricating, studying and applying MOF grating.
