中药火疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型患者的应用研究

objective this study was designed to evaluate the effect of fire therapy with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease –COPD(COPD)Qif qi deficiency of lung and spleen at stable stage were selected and randomly divided into control group (N = 30) and fire therapy groNp (N = 30) . The control group received routine treatment and nursing care. The fire therapy group was treated with fire therapy of Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The duration of treatment was 14 days. The TCM symptom score and lung function were evaluated before and after treatment.Results the scores of TCM symptoms in the fire therapy group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P & Lt; 0.001) . The indexes of pulmonary function such as FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC were also significantly improved in the fire therapy group (P & LT; 0.05) , there was no significant improvement of TCM symptoms and pulmonary function in the control group after treatment (P > 0.05) .Conclusion fire therapy with traditional Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of the type of deficiency of lung-qi and spleen-qi at the stable stage, and can effectively improve the TCM symptoms and pulmonary function indexes of the patients. Traditional Chinese medicine fire therapy has a certain clinical application value, and can be used as an auxiliary treatment of COPD.
