结晶器冷却水套新型成形工艺

结晶器是连铸机的核心部件,结晶器水缝的均匀程度严重影响着结晶器的结晶效果及使用寿命。水缝的均匀性又受到冷却水套壁厚均匀性及尺寸精度的制约。本文提出采用新型步进式加工工艺对冷却水套进行成形加工,生产出壁厚均匀一致,尺寸精度高的冷却水套。
rystallizer is the one of the crucial parts of conticaster. Water gap seriously influence the crystalline effect and life. The uniformity of water gap is restricted by the wall thickness and machining precision of cooling jacket. In this paper using new stepping forming process form cooling jacket to get well-distributed wall thickness and accuracy products.
