目的 研究声激励驱动方式对喷雾运动的影响与控制。方法 应用PIV测试技术获取不同喷雾压力和声激励频率工况下卷吸旋涡结构的发生和发展过程。结果 在声激励频率较低时,声激励的谐波能量对喷嘴雾化流场中旋涡的发生没有明显的影响。当声激励频率增长到160Hz,喷雾流场中旋涡发生的位置发生明显下移,并随着声激励频率增长,喷雾流场旋涡结构得到增强。结论 随着声激励频率增强,其对喷雾流场旋涡结构的影响也逐步增大。

Objective Research the influence and the control of the spraying by the pattern of sound. Methods Application of PIV techniques to obtain mechanism of occurrence and development on entrainment vortex in response to different excitation frequencies and spray pressure. Results The harmonic energy effect on the vortex structures of atomization nozzle acoustic excitation in the flow field is not obvious when the acoustic excitation frequency is very low. At the acoustic excitation frequency up to 160Hz, the spray flow vortex structure has been enhanced with increasing frequency. Conclusion With the acoustic excitation frequency increased, the effect of vortex structure has been gradually increased.
