基于消费者认可的杭州博物馆业发展思路研究

ccording to the comsumersˊaprovement，various investigation methods，including questionaire research，interveiw，ect．，have been carried out to reseach on the strategy of the development for the museum industry in Hangzhou City．The result illustrates as following：the most satisfied item goes to the phisical environment，and the next comes the diplaying，fowlloed by the variety of the exhibit and the feasibility of approaching respectively．However，there are may dissatisfied intems，such as the poor level of the explaination，the small scale of exhibition and the limited items on display，lacking of customer involved activities，and the need to fulfill the automatic system of explaination．These problems are the ctitical factors for the survive and development of a museum．Thus，some measurements should be taken to improve the level of the staffˊs explantation，to enlarge the scale of the exhibition，and so on．
