基于Internet的数控机床在线监测与远程故障诊断
On-line Monitoring and Remote Fault Diagnosis Technology of CNC Machine Tools Based on Internet
本文对数控机床在线监测与远程故障技术中涉及到数据传输,数据处理、故障诊断等主要关键技术点分别进行了分析研究,并在Windows平台上利用搭建了应用于FANUC控制器的基于Internet的在线监测与远程故障诊断平台。在该平台上远程端与工控PC进行通信、实现对数控机床的在线监测与远程故障诊断、运行记录保存、故障原因查询等功能,解决了专业人员无法异地及时诊断维护机床的难题,提高了资源和人才的共享率,降低了生产成本。
In this paper, it's carried out that data transmission, data processing, fault diagnosis technology and other key technologies of online monitoring and remote fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools. Using the FOCAS development library, Internet-based online monitoring and remote fault diagnosis platform is set up for the FANUC controller on Windows. Communication, on-line monitoring and diagnosis from remote places, records saving and query function are available on it. Its implementation makes monitoring and fault diagnosis from remote places become possible, reduce the number of maintenance workers and lower production costs.
