关于山西省医患之间对医疗保险政策认识的调查
Survey in Shan Xi on recognition of Medical Insurance Policy (MIP) between doctor and patient
进一步了解基本医疗保险政策落实状况，为医疗保险事业的发展与改革提供可靠依据。特选取太原市三家三级定点医院的医生与参保患者进行问卷调查，调查的医生共60人，参保患者共126人，并用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果显示，在医保政策的认识上，参保患者信息获取滞后，医生对实施医保重视不够，他们对推进这项改革的重要性和紧迫性认识不足，对改革的原则和主要政策还理解不深。建议：（1）加强对政策的宣传，加快参保患者的就医观念的转变；（2）转变医疗服务观念，优化服务环境，提供规范的医疗服务。
o have a further understanding of the carrying out of basic MIP and provide a reliable gist for the development and reform of MI project . 60 doctors and 126 patients taking MI were selected in three prescribed hospitals in Tai yuan. All of them were interviewed in the firm of questionnaires, which were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 software . Result In relation to recognition of MIP , patients taking MI couldn’t get information in time , and doctors made light of the carrying out . They didn’t pay enough attention to the importance and the principle of its reform . Suggestion (1) we should strengthen the promotion and make the shift of people . (2) prescribed hospitals must shift their serving thought ,better serving circumstance and provide regulate medical service .
