cute leukemia is one of the malignant cloning diseases derived from hematopoietic stem cell, an increasing number of researches indicate that LSC plays a key role in leukemia relapse and refractory, reducing the effect of cytotoxic drugs and the multidrug resistance in Leukemia since Lapidot discovered the CD34+/CD38- of LSC for the first time. The relapse and refractory of leukemia are closely related to the high expression of differentiation antigens and the surface molecular markers of LSC. Consequently, the biological target drug, which targets specific surface antigens or molecular markers of LSC, has become the new emphasis in the research of leukemia.
