水泥混凝土路面板脱空问题的数值模拟研究
Numerical simulation for the void initiation and evolution under cement concrete pavement slab
水泥混凝土路面板下脱空是引起水泥混凝土路面产生结构性损坏的主要原因之一,因为脱空对路面板的受力极为不利。将损伤力学理论与有限元法相结合,研究水泥混凝土路面板脱空的产生与发展过程,提出相应的数值模拟方法。基于弹性损伤理论,建立了一个含三参数的损伤本构模型。板中与板边荷载循环作用下,对路面板脱空问题进行了数值模拟计算,得到了路面板内位移、应力与损伤场的变化规律。分析讨论了地基模量对路面板脱空的影响。计算结果表明,当地基模量提高到一定程度后,对改善路面板使用性能已无实际意义。计算结果还表明,若路面板下预先存在脱空,将大大减少路面板的疲劳寿命。
One of important reasons of structural destruction of cement concrete pavements is the void the initiation and propagation under the pavement slabs, because the pavement slabs would suffer a bad stressed condition due to the void existence. The void initiation and development under pavement slabs is investigated by combining the damage theory to the finite element method to develop the numerical simulation technique. A damage constitutive model with three independent parameters is derived from the elastic damage theory. Numerical simulation is performed for the void development under the central and side slab loading conditions. The displacement, stress and damage fields are evaluated the influence of base layer stiffness on the void initiation and growth is discussed. It is seen that when the base layer stiffness reaches a critical value, the increment of base layer stiffness has no further improvement for the pavement performance. In addition, if there is a void under the slab in advance, the fatigue life of pavement slab would be greatly reduced.
