软基路段水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝处治方法

为减少软基路段水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝的危害,以佛山“一环”北线某些路段在水泥稳定碎石基层养护期间出现的大规模横、纵向裂缝为研究对象,从地质条件、软基处理情况及外部环境变化等角度对水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝产生的原因进行了分析,提出了相应的处治措施,并用后续变形数据对处治效果进行了评价。研究结果表明:再堆载对软基路段基层裂缝区段的处理有较好的效果;处理软基旧路加宽路段时,建议采用复合地基进行处理,以避免清淤换填过程中的侧向位移和地应力释放引起的纵向裂缝;为减少差异沉降引起的横向裂缝,必须尽量减少软基路段处理方式的交替。

In order to reduce harms of cracks of cement-stabilized crushed stone base, the longitudinal direction and cross direction cracks, which occurred on cement-stabilized crushed stone base in the north road of Foshan No.1 Ring Expressway, were taken as an example. Formation causes of cracks were analyzed according to geological conditions, soft ground improvement conditions and changing of external environment, some treatment methods were proposed and disposal effect was evaluated by contrasting subsequent deformation of cement-stabilized crushed stone base. The results indicate that cracks of cement-stabilized crushed stone base can be efficiently suppressed by use of surcharge reloading; when the old roads on soft foundation were widened, the composite foundation should be adopted to avoid the cracks caused by lateral displacement and stress relief in the period of dredging and replacement. In order to reduce cracks caused by differential settlement, the alternation of soft foundation treatment methods should be reduced to a minimum.
