循环流化床富氧燃烧下钙基脱硫剂煅烧产物碳酸化特性实验研究
Experimental investigation on the carbonation of CaO in oxy-fuel fired circulating fluidized bed
本文针对某电厂循环流化床使用的脱硫剂,利用热天平对其煅烧产物碳酸化特性进行了实验研究。主要探讨温度和CO2浓度对CaO碳酸化反应速率及最终转化率的影响规律。通过实验结果分析发现,温度是决定碳酸化反应速率快慢及最终转化率高低的主要因素,在400-700 ℃内,温度升高会加快反应速率并提高最终转化率。同时发现,CO2浓度增加可加快化学反应阶段速率,但最终转化率相差不大。
In this paper, the carbonation character of CaO calcinated from a kind of sorbent used in utility circulating fluidized bed boiler was researched in a thermo gravimetric analyzer and the reaction is in oxy-fuel condition. The influence of temperature and CO2 concentrations on the carbonation of CaO was investigated. It was found from experiment result that , temperature is very important to carbonation reaction. At the range of 400-700℃,higher temperature can accelerate the carbonation of CaO and increase the conversion ratio. It is easier to deposit on the high temperature heater zone. It is also found that ,CO2 concentration an accelerate the reaction ,but the conversion ratios is all the same.
