水资源综合利用效益的评价

Sustainable use of water resources and sustainable economic and social development are the common goals of mankind. The inputs of water resources and outputs of GDP were used to evaluate the effectiveness of water use.At first, level analysis was used to the initial evaluation of provincial water use efficiency; then “GDP water consumption of Agriculture, GDP water consumption of industry, COD emissions per capita, water consumption per capita” were selected as an evaluation factor indicators to build Projection pursuit method ,which would give a more accurate assessment of provincial water use efficiency;finally Water resources assenssment modeling was put to give a comprehensive comparison of our country and the United States, Japan and so on, which would provide Reference suggestions for improving water use efficiency and promoting the sustainable development of society.
