黄心树的化学成分研究

目的:研究润楠属植物黄心树枝叶的化学成分。方法:运用现代提取方法对黄心树中的化合物进行粗提取,现代色谱分离方法(MCI柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱)对其进行分离纯化,得到单体化合物,运用NMR等方法对化合物进行结构解析和鉴定。结果:从黄心树中分离提取出10个化合物,包括6个木脂素类化合物和4个甾体类化合物。分别鉴定为Isoguaiacin(1)、meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid(2)、icariol A2(3)、nectandrin B(4)、(8R,8\'S)-marphenol K(5)、Lyoniside(6)、β-sitosterol(7)、Betulinic acid(8)、24(R)-24-ethyl-5α-cholestane-3β,5α,6β-triol(9)、sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glicopiranosídeo(10)。结论:所有化合物首次从该植物中分离得到。
Purpose: To study the chemical components from the dried leaves and branches of the Machilus bombycina. Methods: Using the chromatography (MCI;Silica gel column chromatography; Gel column chromatography; semi-preparative HPLC, C-18 reverse phase column chromatography) and other means for separation and purification. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the Machilus bombycina, including six lignin compounds and four sterides compounds. Result: They are identified as Isoguaiacin(1)、meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid(2)、icariol A2(3)、nectandrin B(4)、(8R,8\'S) -marphenol K(5)、Lyoniside(6)、β-sitosterol(7)、Betulinic acid(8)、24(R)-24-ethyl-5α-cholestane-3β,5α,6β-triol(9)、sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glicopiranosídeo(10).Conclusion: They were isolated from Machilus bombycina for the first time.
