区域土地利用动态变化分析的新方法研究——以北京市为例

On the basis of land – use data, this paper adopted four indexes of single land losing degree, land – use information entropy, general index of land – use and location quotient of land – use, and quantitatively analyzed the dynamic change of land – use from 2000 – 2007 in Beijing. The results showed that: firstly, the single land losing degree and location quotient of land – use, which were introduced in this paper, reflected the region land – use changes successfully. Secondly, the sequence of change extent of land – use was cropland > industrial and residential areas > woodland > water land >virgin soil > garden plots > traffic area > grassland. Thirdly, under the precondition of non – liner variable in time, single land losing degree can describe the rate of land - use change well. Fourthly, the land – use information entropy showed a declining trend, which showed that the order degree of land system increase and land – use trend to be diversity. Fifthly, the analysis of general index of land – use showed that the level of land intensive use has enhanced sustainedly and land intensive use is in a period of development. Finally, taking the country as a high – level regions, the difference of location quotients of land – use in Beijing was large, thereinto the value of location quotient of industrial and residential areas, traffic areas and garden land were maximum, cropland and woodland’s were equal to the average level of the country and grass land’s was minimum.
