基于电流控制的LED背光驱动电路方案设计

本文在对LED和CCFL进行调查和对比之后,通过LED的强大对比优势,将采用LED替换CCFL作为液晶屏的背光。同时分析了LED的多种电源驱动方式,根据设计条件和设计要求等综合考虑,本系统将采用电流PWM方式作为电源的驱动。再对电源电路的设计和LED对比试验、功率试验后,验证了CCFL的可替代性以及LED的优势,从而获得了这种基于电流控制的LED背光驱动电路。
fter the paper contrast the LED and CCFL, by the powerful comparison advantage,this paper will using LED replace CCFL as LCD screen' s backlighting. It also analyzes the LED power drive way, according to the design conditions and design requirements, and other comprehensive consideration, this system will use the current PWM way as a power supply driver. After the power circuit design and LED contrast test, power test, and verifies the CCFL fungible and LED the advantages, which get this circuit design of LED backlighting driver based on current controlled.
