饲料、体重对大黄鱼排氨率影响的初步研究

以大黄鱼作为研究对象,进行了饲料和体重对其氨氮排泄影响的实验。结果表明,不同饲料组的大黄鱼的排氨率存在显著差异(p<0.05)。投喂杂鱼饲料的大黄鱼的排氨率较高,分别达到5.82±0.94 mg*h-1kg-1(116.7g)、4.80±0.48mg*h-1kg-1(204.9g)、3.43±0.53mg*h-1kg-1(313.5g),而投喂配合饲料的大黄鱼的排氨率分别只有3.16±0.20 mg*h-1kg-1(116.7g)、2.41±0.18 mg*h-1kg-1(204.9g)、1.93±0.11 mg*h-1kg-1(313.5g);大黄鱼排氨率也随着体重的增加而减少,其差异也均较显著(p<0.05)。摄食杂鱼饲料的大黄鱼的排氨率分别为11.36±4.95mg*h-1kg-1(116.7g)、8.66±2.17mg*h-1kg-1(204.9g)、6.96±1.82mg*h-1kg-1(313.5g);而摄食配合饲料的大黄鱼的排氨率分别为7.68±2.12mg*h-1kg-1(116.7g)、6.33±1.37mg*h-1kg-1(204.9g)、4.53±0.98 mg*h-1kg-1(313.5g)。
ake the yellow Croaker as the research object,we carried on an experiment to test how food and weight influence the ammonia nitrogen excretion.As a result of the food test, the group of yellow Croaker,which feed on different food , differs greatly in the Ammonia excretion rate(p<0.05). The Ammonia excretion rate is higher in the group which feed on the miscellaneous fish than that in the group which feed on the mixed feed, The groups feed on the miscellaneous fish reach at higher rates of 5.82±0.94 mg*h-1kg-1(116.7g)、4.80±0.48mg*h-1kg-1(204.9g)、3.43±0.53mg*h-1kg-1(313.5g) respectively,while the groups feed on the mixed feed reach lower rates of 5.82±0.94 mg*h-1kg-1(116.7g)、4.80±0.48mg*h-1kg-1(204.9g)、3.43±0.53mg*h-1kg-1(313.5g)respectively. The Ammonia excretion rates differ greatly in groups of different weight(p<0.05). The groups feed on the miscellaneous fish reach at rates of 7.68±2.12 mg*h-1kg-1(116.7g)、6.33±1.37 mg*h-1kg-1(204.9g)、4.53±0.98 mg*h-1kg-1(313.5g)respectively,while the groups feed on the mixed feed reach rates of 7.68±2.12 mg*h-1kg-1(116.7g)、6.33±1.37 mg*h-1kg-1(204.9g)、4.53±0.98 mg*h-1kg-1(313.5g)respectively.
