高压电常数、高机电耦合系数、高居里温度和低介电损耗的无铅压电陶瓷是现代压电陶瓷的研究重点,而碱金属铌酸盐系无铅压电陶瓷以其优越的性能而倍受关注。本文采用常规固相合成法制备了一系列CaTiO3掺杂的(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3(KNN)基无铅压电陶瓷,实验结果表明KNN-CT无铅压电陶瓷具有钙钛矿结构,且x=4%附近KNN-CT陶瓷存在正交相与四方相共存的准同型相界,在常压条件下制得的陶瓷最大密度达到理论密度的99%,压电常数与机电耦合系数达到最大值:d33=94pC/N,Kp=33.2%,陶瓷具有典型的电滞回线,Pr=10.7μC/cm2,Ec=1740V/mm。与纯KNN陶瓷相比,KNN-CT陶瓷正交和四方相变点(TO-T)和居里温度(Tc)降低,介电常数有大幅度的提高。

In this paper, lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with high piezoelectric constant, high electromechanical coupling factor, high Curie temperature and low dielectric loss are the focuses of the modern research. The alkaline niobate-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have drawn greater attention because of their superior property. A series of CaTiO3 doped (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3 (KNN) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by normal solid-phase synthesis method The results show that the KNN-CT ceramics own a perovskite structure and a morphotropic phase boundary was found when x is around 4%. The maximum density of the ceramics has reached to 99% of the theoretical density. Both of piezoelectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor reach to their maximal: d33=94pC/N, Kp=33.2%. The text of ferroelectric properties show that KNN-CT ceramics have typial P-E hysteresis loops, Pr=10.7μC/cm2,Ec=1740V/mm Compared with the pure piezoelectric ceramics, TO-T and Tc of KNN-CT is lower, while the dielectric constant increased sharply.
