本文主要从可拓学的研究对象、可拓理论与方法、可拓模型、可拓集合、可拓逻辑五个方面对可拓学与人工智能的结合问题进行综述。介绍了由我国学者自主创立的一门新学科—可拓学，主要是研究人脑”出点子、想办法”处理不相容问题的思维规律及其计算机模拟问题。
