燃煤电厂排放的烟气是造成我国大气污染的主要源头之一,袋式除尘技术可有效控制烟气排放浓度。作为袋式除尘器的核心,滤料的性能直接决定除尘器运行的效果和成本,本课题对在某电厂应用的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)滤料的劣化特性进行了实验研究,以强力和伸长率作为评价指标,分析了经过长期使用周期的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)滤料的劣化原因。

oal-fired power plants are big contributors to air pollution and particle pollution is one of the most dangerous air pollutants. In order to solve the problem, fabric filters are widely used and currently considered to be the best available control technology for fine particles that are of greatest health concern for human beings. As the key part of bag filter, the performances of the filter media directly decide its operation effect and cost. The major objective of the study focuses on how the performances of the PTFE filter media changes with various operation conditions after a period of service times.
