大学生“大七”人格与幸福感相关研究
Research on the Relationship between “Big Seven” Personality and Well-being of Undergraduate Students
目的:探讨大学生大七人格特质与幸福感的关系。方法:抽取南昌大学334名大学生作为研究对象,采用《中国大学生人格量表》和《综合幸福问卷》进行调查,使用SPSS 13.0 、LISREL8.70软件进行统计分析。结果:逐步回归分析显示,随和、利他二个人格因素可以解释主观幸福感13%变异,随和、利他、重情、爽直、坚韧、严谨可以解释心理幸福感31%变异;结构方程表明,在“大七”人格的各个维度中,随和、重情、和利他这三个维度能有效地预测幸福感,随和是影响幸福感的核心人格因素。结论:人格对幸福感水平有预测作用,随和是影响幸福感的核心人格因素;结论:在大学生群体中,“大七”人格是主观幸福感和心理幸福感的有力预测指标,随和是影响幸福感的核心人格因素;实施中国人的积极人格培养,优化人格品质对提升幸福感有重要作用。
Purpose:To investigate the relationship between Chinese“Big Seven”personality traits and well-being. Methods:We selected 334 students from Nanchang university; we evaluated for any one with Chinese College Student Personality Scale (CCSPS) and Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ); we analyzed the data with SPSS 13.0 and LISREL8.70 soft ware. Results:Surveys showed that the well-being of university students reached a general level; Correlation analysis showed that seven personality traits of undergraduate students have significant correlation with well-being;Stepwise regression analysis showed that easy-going, altruism two personality factors explain 13% variation of SWB;easy-going, benefit-other and emotionality, straightforward, tough, preciseness can explain 31% variation of PWB;Structural Equation analysis indicated that easy-goingness,emotionality and benefit-other among the “Big Seven” personality traits can effectively predict well-being.Beside,the influence of easy-goingness trait on well-being was greatest of all. Conclusion: In Undergraduate Students,The Chinese“Big Seven” personality traits are powerful predictors of subjective well-being and psychological well-being.Beside,the influence of easy-goingness trait on well-being was greatest of all.Implementation of Chinese proactive personality cultivation,optimize the quality of character to enhance the well-being plays an important role.
