以龙翅海棠幼叶为外植体,研究最佳培养基配方和组织培养关键技术。结果表明,龙翅海棠基本培养基为MS培养基,最适丛生芽诱导培养基、芽增殖培养基、壮苗培养基和生根培养基分别为:MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L +NAA0.05 mg/L、MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L、MS+6-BA0.1 mg/L +IAA0.05 mg/L和1/2 MS+NAA0.5 mg/L。组培苗移栽成活率达95%以上。

research of tissue culture and rapid regeneration technique, Begonia coccina from the explants of young leaves were reported. Media on the induction of buds and roots, and transplantation of seedlings were also studied. Results showed that:(1)MS medium with 0.05mg/L NAA and 0.5mg/L BA could promote the growth of vegetative auxiliary buds.(2) MS medium with 0. 5mg/L BA could regenerate plentiful lateral buds.(3) MS medium with 0.05mg/L IAA and 0.1 mg/L BA could increase the vitality of seedlings.(4)Shoots derived from auxiliary and lateral buds could form roots on 1/2MS medium with 0.5mg/L NAA. The survival rate of seedlings transplantation was attained 95%.
