IT项目组织结构研究 --以HW成都分公司为例

he structure of an IT project organization in communications industry has a significant impact on the successful completion of the IT project. This paper analyzes the current research of projects' organization structure and then proposes that the matrix style organization structure is more suitable for the project management of communication work. Based on the research of a real case which is called HW Sichuan WCDMA project, this paper analyzes the relative questions caused by projects' organization structure, and then introduces how to apply this kind of matrix style organization structure. It also discusses the possible changes which may be brought by the organization structure and gives some suggestions.
