本文提出了一种基于dq变换和小波变换相结合的电能质量扰动检测与识别方法,该方法通过利用dq变换有效值的特征和小波变换对突变信号的敏感性,能对电压暂降等十种电能质量扰动进行检测与识别,具有较高的识别正确率,并能计算出各种扰动的特征参量。同时本文还对部分多种扰动同时发生的情况进行了初步探讨和仿真研究,并取得了较好的检测识别效果。

method based on dq Transform and Wavelet Transform to detect and classify power quality disturbances is proposed in this paper. According to the characteristics of dq transform and the sensitivity of the wavelet transform to the oddity of the signals,it can classify ten power quality disturbances such as voltage sags, and can calculate their parameters respectively. Extensive studies by simulation evinced that, the accuracy of the method is over 91%. The situation that more than one disturbances occur at the same time is discussed, and the validity and the accuracy of the method are very well.
