本文以Pyrabactin为先导,引入不同氨基酸残基取代其结构中的2-氨甲基吡啶,设计合成了一系列萘磺酰胺类ABA类似物,结构通过核磁氢谱确证。生物活性测定结果表明部分化合物具有较好的抑制种子萌发活性,其中化合物10e对拟南芥和小麦种子萌发抑制率高达90%以上。

In this paper, Pyrabactin was chosen as lead compound and a series of naphthalenesulfonamide analogues were designed, by replacing 2-(aminomethyl)pyridine of Pyrabactin with different amino acids. Their structures were confirmed by 1HNMR analysis. Bioassay using Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-0) and wheat (jinai 22)showed that compound 10e exhibited excellent inhibition of seed germination. ?????
