反凸极永磁同步电机控制策略研究

RESEARCH ON CONTROL STRATEGY OF NEGATIVE-SALIENCY PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

反凸极永磁同步电机由于直轴电感大于交轴电感能够实现更宽的扩速范围,因此在电动汽车轮毂电机驱动领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文针对反凸极电机特点,分析了其在恒转矩区和恒功率区的工作模式,提出了自适应最大转矩电流比控制策略和自适应弱磁控制策略。主要研究内容有以下几个方面:首先,在理论上分析了参数变化对最大转矩电流比控制的影响,提出了最大转矩电流比控制。最后,提出了电压给定自适应弱磁控制策略,实现了对反凸极永磁电机的弱磁扩速控制。通过分析电压限制下控制系统电流环PI状态,利用交直轴电压给定作为控制量,用以计算直轴电流给定。并在电机工作状态变化、直流母线电压变化及电机内部参数变化条件下对该系统进行了仿真和实验验证。

Negative-saliency PMSMs (NSPMSMs) in which Ld is higher than Lq can achieve wider speed range, therefore it has a broad wide application prospect in in-wheel driven Eelectric Vvehicles (EVs). Drives (EVDs) for its large speed range because its Ld is greater than Lq. This paper analyzes the control strategies of NSPMSM both in constant torque region and constant power region. In constant torque region, adaptive MTPA control is realized. In constant power region, adaptive FW based on a PI regulator is proposed. Simulation results verify the rationality and correctness of the proposed control strategies. The simulation results have also been compared with positive-saliency PMSM (PSPMSM) to show the wider speed range of NSPMSM.
