梁柱半刚性连接门式刚架静力荷载作用分析

梁与柱的端板连接是典型的半刚性节点连接形式.本文参照实际工程建立了四跨门式刚架的计算模型,采用ANSYS非线性弹簧单元模拟梁柱端板连接的半刚性。通过有限元软件ANSYS对四跨门式刚架进行了静力荷载作用下的非线性有限元分析,探讨了半刚性节点对门式刚架位移和内力的影响。算例表明,端板连接的半刚性对门式刚架的位移和内力有较大影响。建议在设计中采取相应措施,考虑梁柱连接半刚性的不利影响。
he end-plate connection of beam-to-column in portal frame is a typical semi-rigid nodes connection. Non-linear analysis of four-door portal frame based on practical engineering calculation model will be done in this paper, simulating the semi-rigid node of end-plate connection by a rotary spring. The effects of portal frame’s displacements and internal forces from semi-rigid nodes are discussed by using the finite element software ANSYS. The example shows that semi-rigid end-plate connections have great influence on the displacements and internal forces in portal frame. It is recommended to take corresponding measures to consider the adverse effects of beam-to-column semi-rigid connecting in the design.
