痕量元素是微型生物生长所必须的痕量营养盐,它们对于微型生物的蓬勃生长不可或缺,而各种微型生物也在海洋物质转化、能量传递等方面扮演着重要的角色。该研究探究了环境变化下微型生物痕量元素组成的变化情况,以一种兼性自养型硫化菌(Thiobacamonas.altus)为对象,发现其在环境改变造成代谢状态改变的情况下痕量元素组成是不同的,且在自养状态下对痕量元素的需求相较异养状态更大。该研究将硫化菌与其它细菌、藻类等微型生物的痕量元素组成进行对比,发现不同类型微型生物间痕量元素组成也不同。进一步的数据分析探讨了产生这些差异的原因,以及微型生物痕量元素组成的海洋学意义。
race elements are necessary trace nutrients for the micro-organisms growth. They are indispensable for the vigorous growth of micro-organisms. A variety of micro-biological plays an important role in marine substance transformation and energy transfer. The study investigated the variations of trace element composition under microbial environment changes, and used a kind of facultative autotrophic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria (Thiobacamonas.altus) as the research object. Trace element composition is different when the metabolic state is changed, and it has a greater demand for trace elements in the autotrophic state. The study compared the trace element composition of various micro-organisms, and found that trace element composition of the different types of micro-organisms is also different. Further analyzations explored the reasons for the variations and oceanographic significance of trace element composition.
