城市雪灾风险评价指标体系与概念模型

Urban snow disaster is a kind of meteorological disasters with abruptness, severe infection and difficult to disposal and relief. It has brought huge economic losses to the citizen when it happened in history. According to natural disaster risk analysis rules and risk formation theory, basic procedure for risk assessment of urban snow disaster is presented. Risk assessment indicators and conceptual model of urban snow disaster are built.. Taking the specificity of urban as hazard-bearing body into consideration, assessment model and indicators system of urban snow disaster were established by WCA, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This paper will provide a solid theory for quantitative study on risk assessment of urban snow disaster.
