73在白血病中的表达特点和临床意义

目的:研究CD73在不同类型白血病中的表达和白血病细胞分化程度关系。方法:结合细胞免疫组化和瑞氏-姬姆萨染色方法分析75例白血病、11例骨髓增生异常综合征、13例非白血病和9例正常人骨髓有核细胞CD73阳性率及其与白血病细胞分化关系。结果:B淋巴细胞急性白血病(com-B,pre-B)和PLL患者CD73阳性细胞率显著高于B-CLL(P<0.05);AML亚型M1、M2a、t(8;21)、t(15;17)、M4和M5患者阳性细胞率高于MDS;M6与MDS2者低且差异不显著。T-ALL、B-CLL、M6、 MDS、非白血病患者及正常人CD73阳性细胞率相近,均低于B-ALL和其它AML亚型。结论:CD73表达与白血病细胞种类、分化程度及白血病的发生发展相关,髓系白血病和B淋巴细胞白血病分化程度越高CD73表达越低,T-ALL不符合这一规律。
Objective: To study expression of CD73 on bone marrow nucleated cells (BMNCs) in various leukemia subtypes and their relationship with cell differentiation. Methods: Immunocytochemistry and Wright - Giemsa staining BMNCs from 75 cases of leukemia, 11 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome, 13 and 9 cases of non-leukemic patients, as well as 9 health adults, analyzing CD73+ BMNCs proportions and their relationships in studying groups. Results: CD73+ BMNCs proportions in com-B ALL, pre-B ALL and PLL were significantly higher than B-CLL (P <0.05). CD73+ BMCs proportions in AML subtypes of M1, M2a, t (8; 21), t (15; 17), M4 and M5 were markedly higher than MDS respectively, but M6 close to MDS and lower than other AML subtypes. CD73+ BMCs Proportions in T-ALL, B-CLL, M6, MDS, non-leukemia patients and heath adults were close and all of them lower than B-ALL and other AML subtypes. Conclusion: The expression of CD73 was associated with leukemia subtype, differentiation and development. The higher differentiation of leukemia cell, the lower of CD73 expression in myeloid and B cell Lymphocytic leukemia, but T-ALL does not meet this pattern.
