Nowadays,in test of large-scale boards,a highly efficient automated testing method will make the board fault detection fast and efficient. This article first briefly describes the board automated testing program, and then describe the testing process, and finally discusses the specific implementation process of FPGA-based board automated test program in detail, including FPGA programming and PC application design. The program is necessary mean to test the stablity and reliability of the product.
