多级智能化实时过程监测和预测软件系统研究
Study and application on multi-level process monitoring and predictive fault diagnosis software system framework
随着自动化水平和计算机技术的不断提高,当前的过程工业可以获取大量的运行数据,一方面为操作人员提供了全面的过程信息,同时数据量的急剧增加,也为操作人员及时而准确地对运行过程状况进行判断带来了困难。本文提出的多级智能化实时过程监测和故障诊断及预测的软件系统,以基本工艺模型为基础,借助模糊逻辑推理和统计分析方法,将操作人员的经验程序化,实现了对传感器测量值的验证、故障的诊断和预测。在美国FMC公司过氧化物生产过程上的应用表明,该软件系统实现了对仪器、设备和运行单元的有效监测,减少了意外停车时间一半以上,降低了运行费用2%~3%,加强了生产安全。
he rapid development of automation and computer technologies makes it possible for process industry to retrieve a huge amount of process data, from which complete information on process operation can be obtained, but its fast increasing amount makes process operators difficult to handle in real-time, especially when more than one alarm are triggered in the operation. The software system framework proposed in this paper realize sensor validation, fault diagnosis and predication in real-time by incorporating the operator’s experience, basic engineering model, and statistical analysis. The case study on active oxidation process of Tonawanda, New York, USA, shows this software can effectively capture sensor failures, and operation faults, therefore, reduce unscheduled downtime more than 50%, save operation cost 2%~3%, and insure the operation safety.
