针对目前常用的测试系统存在测试速率低、误差大、不易操作等问题,提出了一个由μC/OS-II 操作系统和 ARM 处理器组成的测试方案。本方案充分利用 μC/OS-II 操作系统的实时性和 ARM 处理器优异的控制能力,不仅解决了电池测试系统中多任务调度的问题,还实现了对衡量电池品质的各参数的精确检测。本设计符合" GB/T 18287-2000 蜂窝电话 用锂离子电池总规范"的测试要求,本文设计的测试系统准确度高、可靠性好、 测试速度快、操作方便、易于规模化生产和推广。

ccording to the present test have the problem of rate low, error big, not easy to operate, etc., and puts forward a operating system of μC/OS-II and ARM processor composed of test plan. This project fully make use of μC/OS-II operating and realtime system and ARM processor excellent control ability, not only solves the battery test system for a task scheduling problem, also realized to measure the parameters of the battery quality accurate testing, accord with "GB/T18287-2000 cellular phone using lithium ion battery total norm" test requirements, the paper presents the design of test system with high accuracy, good reliability and quick speed, convenient operation, easy to large-scale production and marketing.
